DESCRIPTION

Meditation for Beginners is a five week course for those interese in learning the basic techniques for meditation. Meditation is a an eficiente tool that promotes general wellbeing, as well as, physical and mental relaxation. The aim is simple: de-stress, relax and enhance everyday happiness.
